grafana-data software package provides feature rich metrics dashboard and graph editor - data files, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install grafana-data
grafana-data is installed in your system.
Make ensure the grafana-data package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep grafana-data *
You will get with grafana-data package name, version, architecture and description in a table
